The Music & Wonders of the Beatles
Rock pianist Roel van Velzen, jazz/soul pianist Ruben Hein and classical pianist Daria van den Bercken join forces in the theater concert Music & Wonders of The Beatles! The music of The Beatles still inspires millions. John, Paul, George and Ringo dared to playfully experiment with instruments, lyrics and styles. Now, exactly 60 years after the last Beatles tour, Daria, Roel and Ruben continue to play. They are supported by drummer/guitarist Julian du Perron and Nathalie Schaap on bass and double bass. 'Why are some Beatles songs reminiscent of music from the 19th century?' and 'What does Fats Domino have to do with The Beatles?' The stories come to life in Music & Wonders of The Beatles.
