Viko and Thor work in their workshop while singing. But then there is a piece of wood that is bothering you.
The piece of wood does not fit. It doesn't belong anywhere. Such a beautiful and rough and beautiful Wood... That's not possible, is it? To the rhythm of sawing, chopping and planing and a journey through wood shavings, splinters and plasters, they search in the jungle where Houtje comes from.
Houtje is about dreams of wood. About daring to get lost along the way and discovering something new. Houtje is a performance at the intersection of theater, woodworking and music.
