After the extensive celebration of her 40th anniversary in the theater in 2023, Karin made a special trip to the south of Chile in early 2024, a very sparsely populated area with great natural beauty. It was an overwhelming experience, in which it seemed as if she had been taken back in time by a time machine;

That intense feeling of a more natural pace of life that we no longer have here, worked like a huge mirror and brought her to the simple conclusion: we need a new renaissance! Just as the Renaissance after the Dark Middle Ages drew its inspiration from the time of the Greeks and Romans, we now need inspiration from the past again to struggle out of the dark times we are in now. And let's say fifty years ago was the 1970s;

In this performance, Karin takes you into her time machine in her own unique, humorous way, to enjoy the time before computers, back to the human scale. Together with her fantastic four-piece band, she provides an inspiring performance, which allows the audience to return to the 21st century armed with the challenges of our time and with a big smile on their face.

Theater for everyone! That is why we strive to make our theater as accessible as possible for, among others, the disabled, the deaf and hard of hearing and for people who are blind or partially sighted. Theater is not just watching, but also hearing, feeling and experiencing in every genre. In addition to hearing aids that you can borrow for free at each performance for additional hearing amplification, we use a sign language interpreter for this performance, who will interpret the performance using sign language. We have reserved seats for this that provide the best view of both the artist and the sign language interpreter.
