In 'Roommates' we follow Claudia, Kai and their teenage daughters during a year full of misunderstandings, new loves, old feelings and far too little privacy. While they are forced to continue living under one roof, they struggle with their divorce, their children, new lovers and, above all, with themselves. But then it turns out that some feelings simply cannot be moved. As boundaries blur and emotions clash, it becomes painfully and hilariously clear that some loves are more stubborn than you would like.
'Housemates' is a sharp, recognizable and wonderfully honest romantic comedy about life as it is: messy, moving and often very funny. For everyone who lives together, has lived together or continues to bravely try to do so.
